Just an update to this (sorry it's not really an event: Wish we had a personals section)

At the moment BAH is pretty much on ice, we're working on other projects in the game and irl. So we're not hiring at the moment.
I'm thinking about a way to use the company to involve new players again and show people the game. That's the reason we really started this oil company and went "big" with it - to involve players, be the first people to actually employ others on a larger scale. Do something good for Tirnua, do something a bit special. We could have made more money burning ourselves of course, which is what most do, and which is what our employees also tend to do.

Hopefully we can think of something fun to do with the company in the future.

The problem with cooperation in online games is the lack of constant and ever changing rewards. Even though the rewards are great, it's no longer a challenge after a while. Also for the owners, the need to play internet police. But it's a cool project and I hope we are able to finish it sometime in the future, with better tools for group play in place. If anyone has ideas for a company like this and wants to help try, I'm all ears.
